Fair Trade, Organic coffee from Mexico, Honduras and Uganda
Fair Trade - is an organization that ensures farmers receive a living wage for their crops.
Organic - means the health of the workers are protected from spraying hazardous chemicals
and you don’t need to worry about what is going in your body.
Mexico - is from the Chiapas Region and is grown at high altitude which results in a much
higher quality bean with lower acidity.
Honduras - is grown on a Wild Macaw sanctuary where the birds actually nest in the trees
creating a symbiotic relationship with the coffee and birds.
Uganda -Organic coffee from Central Africa and is difficult to find making it a special find.
The coffee is roasted dark to what is commonly called “French Roast”.
We take extra minutes with each one of our roasts following more traditional Italian
methods to help develop more character and overall taste in your cup.
It is strong and smooth at the same time so use less than regular coffee.
